    about a girl

Why the name? Well, 'Melia' is my middle name. It's also my mum's middle name and she goes by Melia everywhere online. So, I chose to go around as MiniMelia :) Simple, no?

I love cats...they taste just like chicken.

    Did you want something?

Yesterday mom and I had a fit of giggles at the drive-through at Amigos.
Because Amigos is just that funny.
No, we were in the drive-through and mom had put in her order ( I was going to eat somewhere else. Amigos has a history of botching my order.) and we pulled up to the window. The person at the window came up, leaned out his little window and said,"Did you want something?"
No, we just like to park here.
Of course we wanted something. Food!! That is what a drive-through is for, isn't it? I know the criteria for hiring at a fast food place is minimal at best, but employees should know what the drive-through is for.
See, this is why I don't go to Amigos.
So mom and I proceeded to poke fun at our server, still laughing quite hard when he handed mom her food. I know it was a little mean, but come on. 'Did you want something?' You can't tell me that's not funny.
All of our fun-poking led to a late comeback. Comebacks are always after-the-fact.
'No, we're just driving past on our way to the Whopper Lair.'
If you don't get it, go here and watch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8r5SUc-L8o
The man talking is Dane Cook, regarding a stupid question he was asked while working at Burger King (which, incidentally, is where I got my food that yesterday). After taking an order at the drive-through, he was asked, "Where do I go?"
Am I making any sense? Am I rambling? Yes? Okay. Good.

    Minimelia :D
